A few months ago we were given a copy of Monkisee's "At the Farm" as well as a copy of the flash cards to go with it. It was our first experience with Monkisee. My daughter (age 2y9m) loves watching it, dancing to the songs, and asking questions about the animals and characters. She likes looking at the cards and asking questions about the animals. I usually read the word to her, then she looks at the picture and notices something about which letters are in the name. We haven't been extremely consistent because we also have a baby (almost 7 months). I think it's something that develops her vocabulary and, with consistency, will allow her to learn to read the names of the animals.
