Awesome news. Well worth it. My kids love these and have improved in many ways because of them. Oddly enough it's the follow that dot that they stuggle with more than the others. I thought it would be the easiest for them.

Thanks for the info. I have got 4 super flash apps (animals, foods, music, sports) on the ipad which I assume are identical to the download, right? I would be interested in an app for the silly story/follow that dot too, any chance of that being offered soon?

Thanks for your replies. We aren't planning a Silly Story or Follow That Dot app at this time. The download versions are identical to the CD versions we offer but they don't play on iPad. They may work on other devices that play Flash content though. They will play on any computer laptop etc.

The Follow That Dot game is surprisingly difficult at the higher levels. I know of only one teen who was able to consistently complete Level 7. She has advanced photographic memory.

You will find, with Super Flash and Follow That Dot, that when you try NOT to remember, the right brain is able to instantly store the image of the objects. When we understand that the left brain function wants to make us consciously think about what we are seeing, it actually makes it harder to take in large amounts of information and then recall it later. The left brain is slow and repetitive. If you can teach your children to learn to relax and passively watch the objects, those objects will later appear in their mind's eye faster than they can click on them in our games! Their mind is in the Alpha state. Their left and right brain is integrated and working together. That's where the genius is!

My children are older now but we used to do Brain Gym exercises to help them get into the Alpha state. That is the vibration that allows for accelerated learning to take place. My son was able to remember and recall all 100 objects in the Silly Story game in about 2 days. He was naming the objects in sequential order so fast it was remarkable. That's the power of the right brain when integrated with left brain functions. We have many articles on our site that explain more for those interested.

What is the right starting age for the different games? Can I use them with a baby, too?

Starting ages for all our games: 6-8 months. That's when baby's vision develops to see objects clearly across the room. However, at an earlier age you can print out the cards from our Super Flash CD or download games folder and show them while naming the objects and reading facts about them, which are on the backs of the object cards. There are 360 different object cards in the Super Flash games folder. You're child will be receiving encyclopedic knowledge!

Good to know, thank you for sharing.  My kids really like your program, and they still request to hear the silly story now and again.  It really helped me internalize how children memorize things.  For what it's worth, I did a review of this product a year and a half ago.  The video shows us using card printouts, but they memorized the story using the software:  http://www.professional-mothering.com/2011/02/memory-magic-review.html

I think you should reconsider not doing an app for silly stories. Especially if you could make the content fresh with new stories. I am sure loads of us here would pay for that app!

Yes, I would love new silly stories too.  I was amazed at how quickly they picked up on all 100 cards, but after that I was left on my own to do more.  We did a few here and there, but it takes time and I don't have a lot of it.  If you made new content, I would be the first in line to buy it.

If it's too much effort to continue making more silly stories, what if there was a way to make a "skeleton" of a program along with an easy voice recorder similar to Little Reader. Parents could make and share their own files amongst different online communities. Pictures could be dragged and dropped into the program and then uploaded to the community. It would have an option to print the cards too, and automatically make them exactly the right size You can sorta-kinda use Little Reader for this but it's not really ideal not what it was intended for, a program that was intended for custom silly stories would work far better, it would allow the user to use it for various levels (including seeing all of the pictures on screen & putting them in order OR guessing them just from memory.)

Just a thought!
