I sent them an email a couple days ago asking them to come share some video clips here with us.
I wanted to update that I watched parts of it and it seems to be full of good content that appeals to a range of learners. The part I watched said something about "Strawberries (flash word) are the only fruit with the seeds on the outside, unlike oranges (flash word) or apples (flash word). Strawberries are picked in the spring in the Northeast part of the United States. (flash map of united states, northeast part is highlighted with strawberries)
So the whole thing has a little bit of a YBCR style word flash combined with Bits of Knowledge factoids and explanations. DD of course could read all of the words that popped up on screen as far as the main nouns and such go, but the facts were mostly new to her from what I could tell, so this one will be getting some airplay. I just reserved the autumn and winter version as well after getting a better look at the content.
