Yes, both LR and LM have curriculums, which are very easy to use and follow. I use LR curriculum for English, and we do it two times a day for a about 3 minutes each time. We aldo do LM ( however I am not using curriculum, but rather my cistom schedule according to Glen Doman classical schedule, you can download my presents from LM presets) 6 sessions a day roughly 10 seconds each
I also use LR for Russian ( which I am not consistent just yet, alas the downside of no curriculum
), and Chinese, but normally I would do a couple of sessions of each as well. It seems like a lot, but each session is less them a minute, and they are spread out through the day...
We also do listening to classical music - about 40 minutes
Listening to Russian, English and Chinese songs - the same songs in those languages at different times of a day, while we do dancing or massage
Listening to classical English - KJ Bible, poetry
Classical Russian - poetry
And lots of play, as well as independent play
Both I and my husband babywear our girl a lot, so that comes with explaining what we are doing and naming objects...
All these activities that I mentioned only take a few minutes here and there, so even if it seems a lot, it actually not.
Hope it helps
Oh, yes, we also read about 3 small books a day together and show her baby quotes ( large colorful posters with baby quotes, she loves those!!!), -- but we usually do it while she is on the potty, so it is kind of combines together... (Sorry for typos, typing with one hand while nursing is not easy
)
