Dear Parents,
Our SoftMozart journey started from Brillkids forum. We are looking for the justice with respect to the purchase of a perpetual copy of SoftMozart which was promised by Hellene Hiner. We bought a softmozart subscription / installment package on Feb. 3, 2012 per the deal $499 promised through email as well as in the SoftMozart forum (Hellene Hiner’s Blog link below) for the perpetual copy.
http://www.softmozart.com/index.php/forum/20-hellene-hiners-blog/1377-new-prices.html - In this link it states:
As for all of our existing customers, for helping us spread the word about “The Soft Way to Mozart”® and for being helpful in the forum, we are offering renewals at the following discounted rate. *In addition, some of you will be candidates for discounted or even free program renewal as it was initially advertised*:
• 6 months = $99
• 12 months = $149
• Perpetual = $499
You can still purchase the program now at the discounted rate, available until the rate changes on February 15, 2012.
In the link below you can see the replies to various emails where she assured customers that they would get perpetual copies at a fixed rate.

Mayri, Manda is absolutely right!
Also, if you already got the program or someone who is going to buy it before 15th of February are locked at $499 deal.
Therefore, if you would like to buy the perpetual copy, it will be $499 - $ amount that you had paid for the 6 months subscription.
When we were in the last installment in 2015 and ready to pay, Hellene told us there would be no more perpetual license copy and stated we will be getting the extension every year without any fee. Detailed mail attached in this blog. We conveyed our disappointment, but we accepted the change because we respected Hellen’s words. Now, in 2017 when we asked for the extension, they replied that we are asking for the extension free of cost and stated Hellene is not a slave to you for providing the extension for free ongoing; however, this was the agreement at the time the purchase was concluded.
I would like to note that we are not looking for life time free extension; what we really would like is the perpetual license that was agreed upon at the time of purchase. It is Hellene who decided we would receive extension for life in lieu of the perpetual license for which we paid. We have all the email communication / deal agreed by Hellene. We shared those emails with Hellene in case she might have forgotten the promise; however now it appears the organization wants to cheat us by asking for $699 extra to get the perpetual copy (attached a few emails here for all your reference).
If a perpetual copy is available at any price, why didn't we receive in the first place as per our purchase agreement.
We are willing to continue to pay the scholarship amount of $150 for the performance video shared during current periods of time. And in addition to that, we are willing to continue to give a $50 donation as we have in the past. But now, we are not getting any response and our SoftMozart forum login is blocked. What happened to the professional organization created to teach music? It seems it has been replaced by one that is only money conscious and willing to cheat customers to get it.
We are looking all your support to get our perpetual copy / permanent license which we can use whenever possible. We don’t want to stick with their teaching method. We need the package that was agreed upon when we first signed up for that deal.
Thanks,
Vijay...
