lila is almost 16 months old. a few weeks back i got her a pack of plastic fruits, a box of numbered blocks, 3 sets of pegged puzzles and playskools walk and ride. and its true! she doesnt pay attention to the toys! that boggles me. she walks and runs around the house the whole day holding on to a little stuffed doggy she calls "doody"
and would stop in front of the tv when she sees an interesting commercial or when she hears singing from the daily kids shows like dora the explorer and wonder pets. i will definitely try to put out just 3 toys at a time and see if she would take interest in them.
my cousin came to visit me the other day and she brought 4 of her kids. the youngest two are 1 year old and a 2 year old. my 2 year old niece played with the walk and ride more than my baby ever played with it. she pushed it around she played with the buttons and the rattle and even inspected the wheels. so that made me wonder why my daughter never pays attention to that toy.
