Yoga kids2 abc's for kids 3-6.
www.gaiam.com I bought mine thru an ebay US store, so though it looks genuine could be a copy, as the screen had a slight up and down shudder which I could ignore most of the time.
It was very bright, colourful, and VERY educational. The poses were easy to complicated, so an under 3 kid would not be able to do all of them. They would increase balance, coordination, ability to follow iinstructions, and concentration (concentrating on not falling over) and arm and leg strength building. There's a lot of animal poses/actions, so a is for alligator, with a spiel about alligators, and you get to see an alligator. There's discussion about vertabra, glands and effects of yoga poses on the body. Each letter and poses is narrated by lots of words beginning with that letter (phonics), sometimes using adjectives, nouns, even places in the world. Eg.. Pretend you're Driving to Denver, Detroit, denmark...Each letter begins with a cartoon clip-art page with a sentence written on it eg "F is for friendship flowers". So there's some reading teaching involved.
