Hi, I take yoga classes with my baby...it is wonderful!! But I am going to work full time since next month...so I won't go to yoga class anymore.
I am looking to buy a yoga with kids dvd's? any ideas??

Thank you nhockaday!! But I can't still find any good ideas about yoga dvd's. I have read a book BABY YOGA..but i will like a dvd also.

I believe that Nikita wrote about one. There is a link to her review on that thread if I'm not mistaken. Maybe KL will chime in about the DVDs he purchased.

Kudos to Yogakids! My LO will be @ in September and she asks to do Yogakids all the time. Really fun fun and spirited aproach.  |

I think they're all pretty good. You can start with the first one out of the series of 3 (I think).

We bought 3 differents yoga kids dvd's we are doing the abc yoga kids, it is really good. we haven't watched the other dvds yet. We my 20 months old loves yoga kids, they are really fun, they make sounds, songs and are really easy for the kids to do it. I started first doing half of the dvd and now we go thru the hole video without a problem. I totally recomend this product. Thanks KL for the idea. |

Hi KL,
I have visited the yoga kids website as recommended by you. They are really great. However in your personal opinion, do you think it is suitable for kids below two? It is mentioned in the website for ages 3-6. Not sure if you know they have any agent in Singapore or Malaysia or we can only get it online.

Probably OK for 2 year olds but not below that. Depends on how well your child can follow and copy moves.

yes that is right depends a lot in your kid. My 20 months old wouldn't sit still or follow the yoga steps, I have to help and do it with her. She really likes it now and she follows somw step on her own, and some other I have to help her. She makes the sign alligator(which is the first yoga exercise ,they start making the alligator ..A from alligator...in abc yoga kids) anytime she wants to do yoga. It so cute!!
