So I am thinking about going ahead and buying the YBCR dvd's.  I've heard so many of you say so many good things about it I'm thinking it can only compliment what I am doing with LR.  My question is should I buy the 5 dvd set with the sliding word cards?  Do you have recomendations on what I should buy?  Is the review and the starter volume worth it?  Should I just buy the 3 dvd's as singles?  Thanks for any help you can give.

You should buy all 5 DVDs. They are all supposed to be used for the program. I bought the entire set with sliding word cards, flash cards, game cards and books. But if you don't have $200 to spend on all that, I just recommend buying the 5 dvd set off ebay. You can find them new for less than $50, cheaper for gently used. Or many people have the 5 DVD set listed with cards included for around $75 or so. Some people even offer free shipping!

Thank you,  I was hoping it was worth it.  I don't really have the $200, not that I ever have extra, but it's good to know it is worth the buy.  I can always add on I suppose.  Right now on amazon they have the 5 dvd's with the sliding cars for $59 and no shipping.  I was thinking of going that route.
