Don't worry, they'll fix it.
It may happen for a number of reasons. The web hosting company has problems that create problems to its clients in return, or maybe a hacker is involved, who knows, or the site administrator didn't upload something right (which I doubt, they seem professional), they didn't pay in time the webhosting so on and so forth. I'm not good at servers and administrating sites, just have heard about the types of problems mentioned above, don't know what the error on their site means.
If you need to contact sparkabilities, let me know. I bought their products and maybe one of the e-mails on their labels will work and you'll be able to get in touch with them.
