its ok to use more than one language with the kids. i use English n Dhivehi ( Maldivian language) together from infant age, n both my kids are doing good at both the languages, i also introduce Spanish to them and they are showing interest to the new language.
i was a working mother at the time, so busy at work n don't feel like i do best for my little one. i started searching for activities that i can do with my six month old to make bonding. lucky me, i came to know about brillkids at the very early stage of it. we enjoy the EL n my 2 year old too is speaking in 2 languages n my 5 yr old is better then grade 2 level
i started lR to my elder at about 18 months. thats just lr came to market n for my younger at 4 months old. we r doing nice. my elder is going to be six years by july n she is fluent in English, but still is showing very much interst to lr
im not giving pillows to my children. n two of my sisters also don't use pillow. its not very important to follow just a custom. always follow what is better for u n ur children.
