Nice read...
My son has learnt to say peach (please). Whenever he wants something or if we are attending to something else than him, he says "mama peach.." We have decided to give in and attend to him first whenever he says the word, so that he learns the importance attached to the word....He reacts the same way to us now...Whenever he is adamant for something and we say please, he gives in with a big smile...

Kizudo, Your son is brilliant! He is able to identify and pair up similar ones..Smart Kiddo! Keep up the good work... As for testing, I do ask him questions related to what he has learnt during other situations like playing or just talking with him...I ask him to pick up the red ball, blue shorts etc... I am all ears to what others have to say... Questers.

VAni...Do check the first few pages of this thread for our experience with Little Gems...
Krithika...You can use Little Reader for teaching tamil and hindi too...You need to install language packs in your computer, I guess. If you don't have LR, you can create your own PPTs using the language packs installed in your system.

I couldn't stand the smell or taste of milk during pregnancy, it would make me throw up...This was totally opposite for me, especially that I have been all along so fond of milk and this sudden change...But once delivery was over, I started gulping milk again as before! Oh I forgot...I couldn't stand the smell of toothpaste too..! Weird!!
