my kids started out really rough on books but have become more  careful and actually read them now-at 2/12 and 4 1/2

1st bby at 29- last ( I think) at 33!

When my first daughter was 1 i came accross Doman's work and hoped to get into a program with her and have her reading by 2- I shared this with some people who were not supportive and sadly let the notion go- couldn't shake it and have finally begun with her at 4 years old- if you're new at this be careful who you tell- even people I thought would be so encouraging were skeptical- it was such a downer for me- I've become more protective of our teaching time and not really explaining it unless someone asks and i usually say it's an early learning program and leave it at that.  they think I'm doing baby einstein or something !  I'm not solidly into it yet so I'm not comfortable defending it yet. just my 2 cents

also try babybit-  babybit.com i think- my kids love it- 15 weeks- math dots, words and pictures  they have a sample but it's only about 3 1/2 minutes a day total- 3 sessions 5 days a week

i do think instruction in computer science is vital- my kids if homeschooled past elementary would likely need a tuitor since im so unsavvy

i gather whole word for kids 3.5 and under and a mix for those older

is it different than what's offered with this link?

so glad you posted- how is the video quality/  Wink if for 4 and up correct- ?  this is my next purchase I think but wondering if it's worth it if I haven'tt aken their course can I ask your opinion on this?  Thank you
