ya rite!! she loves LR so much!! since i bought the software, everytime when i want to start her "reading time", i will tell her- "Qarissa, its ur reading timeeeee...." & she will giggles & cant wait to sit in front of my lappy! she just knew it! it her reading time! once the purple screen pop up, she start laughing & clapping dy....   

so happy to see her development, hope to see more...

Its a blessing Friday for me! I managed to capture the reading moments with LR! Qarissa "can read" since I bought the software, but I have no time recording her reading time coz i have to hold & hug her for every session. Still waiting for my hubby to record it for me. But today, i accidentally record her action! I let her standing in front of my Lappy & she was so happy, excited & i believe u can see from this video how happy she was when i let her stand alone, touch & play with my Lappy during the session! Thanks a lot to LR for this wonderful software. I'm a proud mother & happy customer to LR! Thanks again!! Keep up the good work guys!

my baby? ooo..my sweet little angel showed tremendous milestone sice birth until now. I posted all her milestones in her super duper blog - but in Malay Languange ..hehehe..

she now can say...Addy (daddy), Ami ..(Mummy), understand and do most of the actions words like smile, laugh, clap, kick, point,wave, walk, sit, stand... everytime my hubby said NO, she will start to do the action with her tiny point fingers & do the No sign. It look so cute! same goes to yes, she will keep nodding her head. She say the word "A" even before the Brainy Baby DVD say it (she love Brainy Baby so much!!) & the funniest part is ..i believe she understand the word, B, C, D, E ....but she cant say it yet coz all the word that coming out from her mouth is A..A..A with different intonation!! hahah.. she follow the DVD intonation but the word is still A... she really try very very hard to say the word & it looks like she want to popooo but the "things" cannot come out!!! Hhahaha..

She also can say fish & do flying kiss action. She mumbling a lot too! She love to imitate the animal sound like dog & horse sound. I love to whisper to her just to see whether she's trying to follow my action & surprisingly, she did!!She whisper to me back!! So cute lah this little fella....

She is around 1 year 2 weeks old & I'm very proud of her ability. I can see that she is very focus while watching Education DVD & while learning using LR. Thanks to LR !! Muahhss.s..

BTW, What is the name of the DVD that u posted here? I really love it. If there is such DVD available in Malaysia, i would love to buy it. The English word is so clear & sharp. The activities also very fun & entertaining.

I would loveto know the name of the DVD & if u dont mind, kindly attach the sample picture of the DVD cover here so that i can see more clearly.

tq so much for ur uploading. my qarissa love it so much! the peek a boo, belly button, & Listen!What is that? is a MUST for her to watch it every day! she keep on smiling & laugh when she saw me open the file for her. I even record a phrase so that she know its her favourite file. I wrote & record the phrase,"Qarissa, Peek A Boo Time..." before the video & she know it already.

everytime she saw the baby pull the small pail (i guess..hahah) she will keep on nodding her head & smile at the baby (cozz the baby smile at her! hehheh)

there is 1 file - Daily phrase that u uploaded, its also very useful but its too long. my baby love it but half way, she start to look at other places. maybe u need to separate the words @ video into 2 section, coz other than video, there is also words & sentences right? its quite long. Another thing, i found out that in the video, the words written in the video is not the same as the word pops up & recorded. (This is Hello!) The word pop up & record is "This is Hi!" but the words in the video is "This is Hello.."

sorry to tell u that I bought the LR & LM BEFORE the price increase, & I am so lucky & brilliant enuff to grab it or else i will surely regret!! ghehhehe..

i upgrade my LR & LM for FREE, thanks to the team...:)now its quite pricey but it very worth it.. even GOGO set also i bought around RM 1800++..most of the baby education program is around that price i guess..,

at this moment, we only can play @ computer...if i'm not mistaken. later on, they will have the techonolgy where we can burn & play it on TV.

reading time for Qarissa is 2 - 3 times a day & i dont think it will affect her eyes ..

why dont u download the trial set for 14 days & see for ur self what u can actually do with LR. Just make sure, u spent most of ur time in front of PC to google about the software, & use it with ur baby daily so that u can see whether its worth to buy or not. u surely will love it ..

as for me, as long as the baby is happy, u can show them as many cards as possible. But let say my baby show any sign like crying, i will stop the method  & try something else, such as  watching DVD together or give her something to play with.

For flash card, i never print any. I bought the set during International Book Fair & its quite cheap. The card also thick, nice picture & medium size word. Not that big but ok for her to see. There are 7-8 categories & i bought all of it.

as for Qarissa, i try to be creative . its quite tough but it works on her. After i showed her all the flash cards, I will sing a song during the "test" like this ...(follow the intonation of Are u sleeping...)

i will praise her & clap my hand if she get the answer right. Right after i clap, i will continue to other card, & start sing again ..ehheheh.. not feel tired coz she's ahappy & as long as she;s happy, i dont mind singing (even tho my voice is not really nice ...hahahahha)

maybe u can try to do the same esra ..& see whether it workss!! & let say during the process of showing the flash card, ur child do not show any interest & keep on looking to other places, its ok..just continue to flip of the cards but make sure u say the word clearly ..coz i believe the baby can hear us eventho they show no interest..
