I always change the flash card and never ask her before I change it ! For example : today i teach one, two, three, four, five the day after i teach four five six seven or sometime i jump to ten nine eight seven six... and even i repeat i use to do random selection from my flash card

The best flash card i have made is created by me. I have uploaded into my blog as I find that we can buy the flash card in the market however we could not have the prefect flash card which you think is suitable to use. SO. I would said the best pre-made flash cards have to done by yourself.
 

as flip as fast as possible . I flip my flash book instead of flash card. What I am using now is the folder pocket file with insert of flash card. I use the picture flash card in front and the I flip the following with the word flash card which is related to the picture.

ops.. teaching to the 3 years old may give you some challege on it! I found that the montessory method is very workable for the small kid. And it is good. But I am using three methods - montessory , shichida and doman method. I love to change the method of teaching so that My little baby girl concern here is the new thing for her to learn! no... I would not suggest to use on the computer for teaching material. Later on, he will loves to play on the computer then the hard cop of learning. But it is depend on you! I teach my little baby girl since she is 3 months old and now she is 2 years old. I use flash card method and also some other method. My blog will explain more detail. My kid sometimes hates the dots too. She is 2 years old now.. and we just follow the doman method teaching skill. However, I am now using some new techniques to her. I am going to ask her using the clothes clip to learn the mathematic. How I start is using the number card with red dots under each number and ask her to clip on that. This might be help and cheap way as we need not spend a lot of money.

Sometimes, I figure out while teaching small kid , you must change the method every day as they love to have some new fun learning skill. I am sure this will be a good point to motivate your kid to start on reading skill.

hi... My kid start learning while she is 4 months old. and now she is 2 years old. I began the domain method while I am using the black and white card and later part I add in the shichida method. You will find both of them you need to use it at different stage. Sometime changing of method of using the flash card is a necessary step ....as your kid will not get bored on the teaching skill of you. I have specify the learning and teaching skill in my blog. I love this topic very much... I am working mother and I am now concern on my 2 year little bao bao... (  a baby girl ) she is now under my roof as I am her teacher... hahahaha.... but my programm is a little bit combine montessori, shichida and doman method. I am Malaysia and to enter to Montessori class is very expensive here... may I know from you :

1. When is the toddler can start Montessori class ? my babay is going to 2 years old....
2. how to get free Montessori resources by internet ?
3. is the lagbook is a type of Montessori ?

I am Malaiysia chinese and my country is full of different language. like malay, english, mandarin, Cantonese, hokkian, india and so on. I have learn the Korean language and Deutsch Language. And I am ok with Deutsch Language as similar sound with Malay language with the formula language Grammar. hahaha! funny! But in my home, I used to talk English to my toddler and her grandmother talk cartonese, her father talk cartornese and mandarin. end up my toddle know a lot of language. I practice use flash card before and now my toddler is getting to 3 years old I am going to work on lap book together with her.

For flash card... I teach english and Deutsh language. She knows how to speak english now ... not the sentense by word by word. I teach her from the beginning of her procession. like her bady part. her clothes... her bedroom ... her stationay... her toys... whatever can be seen. I think this is the most suitable to teach and when she wants shw will point to the shoes and tell you - " shoes" and you will see... how funny you are enjoying.

Using the flash card... it is better using the picture before the flash card so that they know what is that... but sometime you may find they love to see picture then words.. this is ok because mainly is affected by the right brain... ( which sides ...right or left brain... i know one sides of brain love picture and have a good memory and the this sides of brain will stop active from 3 years old start... oh ya ! it is right brain  ... so ... you need to give her space to learn piano let her active back the right brain if you can ) .

For the flash card you could teach as simple by showing but when it is growing up to four - five years old or even sometime after you will find she will get negative impact on the flash car... be bored to this method.. so i have written a blog how to teach your toddler step by step as i used it now a day to share with you all... refer to my blog - http://littlemommy2012.blogspot.com/

for for the foreign language i give up for temporary as I need to build the foundation on the international language first.. chinese and english language. whereas the foreign lauguage will continue to teach after 3 years old.
