Hi and welcome, I'm new here myself and have tryed to translate the curriculum to my native language and encountered the same issue. One option was to install the software on another laptop and use 2 laptops, one for english one for romanian (havent done it yet). Other option is to translate the curriculum in your language and teach your child your language first and once done just redownload/install the english version back. As for which language to go for first I'm not sure if there's any problem with starting to read in enghlish as a baby naturaly makes the distinction. Good luck! Dalis

Hi, I am an Eastern European (Romanian) married to a uk national and we live in Uk (problably always will). My knowledge of books for babies kids in english is very limited. So far I have bought disney stories books and just a few others that had good ratings on amazon. I'd like you to please share your knowledge/experience and advise me of some books that are a must or simply books that your own child has really enjoyed. (both in the brithis and the us culture). Cheers in advance, Dalis

I have a 7m old and i've lost in the first month after the birth quite a bit, so i thought i'll be in shape soon enough just by keeping to what i was doing (less eating than when i was pregnant and no exercices). However from that point forward till my baby was 6m old i didnt loose any weight at all. At 6m my baby was crawling very well and just with running all day after her i lost 3 kgs in 1month (7pounds almost). (i did stop eating sweets thou) Hopefully u'll be the same.
Baby Boot Camp (by amanda vogel) was a book that i found to be very good, 9 min a day of exercise. thou i never found 9 min for it :p. u can get it 2nd hand on amazon/ebay cheap. Good luck.

I wish your daughter health and I hope you find whats causing it and that you'll be able to control it. My inlaws have a dog, that they love just as much as they love their kids. It sleeps in the same bed as them, under the covers too sometimes. They dont smoke, but they dont wash their hands and they bring the dog to our house twice a week allowing the dog to walk on everything. Because I care for them, they've always been good to me I cant tell them I dont like the dog behaving the way he is allowed to (climbs on sofas, licks toys, etc). So everytime they come we lift everything off the floor and clean as best as we can after they leave. And I can see them pumping all sorts of sweets later on too. Your case however is diffrent as it affects your daughter's health and for that reason your partner should tell his parents everything the two of you have on your mind. Let them know you need their help in trying to fight this, end even thou it might not be the hairs from the pets, or the smoke until you know for sure you need to eliminate them as best as you can. I'm sure they love their nice enough to understand they need to do their best for her. Good luck with everything.
