1. We are introducing number 81 and 82 today. My daughter wasn't into equations for a while (i was doint it wrong ![Sad](http://forum.brillkids.com/Smileys/emoji/sad.png) ), So we stopped, bought the book, read it and tried again. We started equations again this week and my daughter is doing great. We are going to start with subtraction this coming week. It also helps the new LM goes much faster. 2. We started months ago (I didn't right down the date we started ![wub](http://forum.brillkids.com/Smileys/emoji/wub.png) ) We have been very consistent. We do flash cards during week days. 3. We have not done any problem solving yet. I think we are going to wait until we are done with all the numbers up to 100 4. We do the numbers with the flash cards from Doman's math set and equations with LM. We do 9 equations a day, broke down in 3 sessions. She is doing very well this way.

fazy, I would suggest you start with equations. I do 9 equations a day, but split them in the sessions. That is the only way my daughter keeps her attention. I also would suggest that you keep teaching you son the rest of the numbers up to 100. Have you read Doman's both "How to teach you baby math" or have you read some of the posts here about teaching math? Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any more questions.

Joha, did you know that anjie has uploaded the Doman curriculum? So you can download that to use with Little Reader if you prefer.
maddy, I hadn't seen this post. Thank you so much for the info. I had actually downloaded her files and I have been using them for the equations part. I had to split each day in three sessions in order to keep me daughter's attention. We tried again Doman's FC and she has been doing good be them. It looks she only needed a break. I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your questions, but wanted to thank you!

Sorry for the late reply. I used program Goldwave that enables it. If you do not have this program or any other appropriate one, I would recommend you to record it with microphone when it is really quiet around in the room. It would not be the great quality recording but at least you would be able to listen to it offline anytime.
pupisek, Do you know if the trail version of Goldwave will allow to record the course? They say with the trail just some of the commands work. I'm thinking about getting it, but just as you said online may not be the best option for me. Thanks!

EARLY LEARNING / Teaching Your Child Encyclopedic Knowledge / Re: Anybody doing the encyclopedic knowledege program?

Yes, we got The United States of America and Wonders of the World lip flops. Very nice! There was also a alphabet bingo, a math bingo and two phonics FC sets.
The workbooks have exercises and games for when they are older like unscamble letters, croswordpuzles, word search, etc. However, they also have stuff like coloring, match the description and thingslike that. I was asking you becuase my husband found a typo mistake in the President's wrkbook, but the FC has the right information. The "smartmats" re very goo too because they can write on them and then erase the answers.

EARLY LEARNING / Early Learning - General Discussions / Re: How do you schedule so many learning products

After feeling totally overwhelmed as some other parents here I decided to do a little bit of scheduling to get a base, but I created a sheet to follow up with the times I was showing the flash cards because sometimes I wouln't get to show them 3Xday and I'll lose track. I do try to do all these programs around our lives. Everyday in the morning after she wakes up, she watches YBCR and before she eats at night. Mondays and Wednesdays are German days. She watches Muzzy once, I play German stories and did some of the FC available here. Tuesdays and Thursdays are Mandarin days. She watches Little Pim, we play as much music as we can in the background from nubeat.org and do two LR presentations usully 2 or 3 times a day. Everyday she does her math flash cards and even though she is already in number 71, we just started again with ecuations because she wasn't really into them. Everyday we do the curriculum in LR and I show her YBCR presentations in Spanish that I have done in LR. We try to do the crawling track twice a day and as much tummy time as we can. We play with the YBCR flash cards and some others. Fridays are music days! Trebellina and Classical Music. So far I just play the CD, but haven't done the book. My husband tries to read to her about 3 books a day and I usually read one to her in Spanish and depending on he mood I may do a couple more. She watches BST during the weekends. We usually do not do anything else during the weekend besides YBCR and BST. This is the plan, but we go to play group, go to the pool, spend time on the floor playing, go see friends and travel a lot to see my mom, so even though we try to stick to the plan as much as possible, if everything doesn't get done, so be it! As I'm typing it does sound like a lot, but most of the activities are short and sweet, so we get to hve a "normal"life!

Take a checklist of the ones I got last year so you know if you are getting them all. presidents, world animals, us animals, insects, space, landmarks, states, dinosaurs.
Ok, I found all of the them ![yes](http://forum.brillkids.com/Smileys/emoji/ok.png) (Ok, my mom did!) There were actually in only one Target out of three. I also found some of the work books that go along with them plus some "smartmats". We got some phonics fash cards, rhyming, same or dffeent, shapes and colos, sight words, alphabet and numbers. They have a lot of great teaching materials. I think I got suff for more than a coupe of years, but you can't bit the price! ![nowink](http://forum.brillkids.com/Smileys/emoji/nowink.png) Thanks again for the recommendation. nhockaday, Could you tell me how have you been using these flash cards? How many cards per set do you show? How many sets a day? Do you go throught all the card first doing the first magnitude and then start all over for the next magnitude? Or do you do all the magnitudes of certain sets first? Thanks in advance for your help!
