Thought I'd give an update of napping/sleeping schedule.

Ethan is soon to turn 3 yr.'s old and greatful to God he is a better sleeper. We changed his diet to little or no meat/dairy and more unprocessed foods.


Wakes: 7:00a.m.
Breakfast: 8:00a.m. (organic oatmeal, cereal w/ almond, hemp or coconut milk, BF w or w/o fruit)
Lunch: 12:00p.m. (organic soup w crackers, almond or organic PB, or left -over dinner)
Nap: 1:00-2:15p.m.
Snack: 3:00p.m. (fruit and/or nuts)
Dinner: 5-6:00p.m. (varies, rice, beans, veggies, gluten-free pasta, soup, etc.)
Sleep: 7:00p.m.


We try to keep a consistent schedule even when traveling.

We still listen to Simple Science & Simplest Science almost daily and although it is advanced for my soon to be 3 yr. old, he benefits greatly from the vocabulary and exposure to science in a fun & simple way. I know if there was something wrong in my body the Gerson Treatment would be my first choice.

Cut a thin slice of lemon and let baby suck on it for less than a min. and the hiccups will stop. It should work the fist time, if it deosn't, repeat it. 

My son used to hiccup a lot and sometimes it was because his diaper was full and his bottom felt cold. When I changed his diaper, it stopped.

Why would u want to make ur baby a non-veggie? A diet comprised mostly of vegetables is the best diet in the world!!

I wish I had known the first two years of my son’s life how harmful meat & diary produce is to your body. Also, if u insist on feeding a baby non-veggie diet…please buy organic  , grass fed, cage-free, with no antibiotic shots.

Tracy, I feel the same way... wish I had known sooner all that I know now! Sorry about that, the part on the water has been fixed. Thank you for the tip on "Bromine", we try not to eat lots of gluten products either.

It seems more and more of our food supply in the U.S. has been altered contaminated poisoned. What have we become?? Ginny pigs? at the expense of major corporations making profits? Generations of American's poisoned, our poor kids!! We have to start thinking of how this effects our DNA?

Raising Ethan in a thriving environment has been harder than imagined and environmental/gov. obstacles prohibit this goal. Water Fluoridation Lowers IQ

In December 2010, a study reporting an association with exposure to fluoride and lowered IQ in children was pre-published in the Journal of Hazardous Materials.

According to the authors, "our study suggested that low levels of fluoride exposure in drinking water had negative effects on children's intelligence and dental health and confirmed the dose–response relationships between urine fluoride and IQ scores as well as dental fluorosis." This study indicates a 5 point lowering in IQ as the fluoride level in drinking water went from about 0.3 ppm to 3.0 ppm.
