In India early learning methods r not reached to most of the people,they r not aware,even educated people not ready to accept the success of early learning.If I give suggestions to my friends,they think I am overdoing or pressure the baby or they neglect that the baby cannot learn these things.

I don't know about writing.I stay in Bangalore,India ,where many languages are used in daily life.like 1.native language 2. English,teaching medium 3. Hindi common Indian language 4. Kannada our state language.In some houses servants speaks their own native language with babies.so no need to worry about confusions in language.my son can understand 3 languages in this age.he can say some words in all 3 languages as well as in sign language.he picks up the word which is easier for him to pronounce.Here most of children know 3 to 6 languages.

I feel its good if child enjoys.when he was in 9th month he used give reactions for rhymes like five little monkey means,he shakes his head as no,no,no...and tells ba,ba,ba for ba,ba,black sheep and open his mouth for jony,jony yes papa.now (15 mth) he is doing lot of actions for rhymes.I feel its good for physical and mental development.
