I have also uploaded translations of nhockaday's Black and Purple Things in Bulgarian.

My baby (5 months old) just got his first one last week    And I think that the other ones are coming up rapidly and he feels quite uncomfortable.  I feel you Carpe_Diem regarding the painful breasfeeding.  I am feeling the litle toothy more and more.  I tried the nhockaday's technique to block his airway when he bites but I am not sure that is working.  Do you have other ideas on how to keep the comfort level?

I had a relatively birth, well if Ceserian is considered giving birth as well that is.  I am still confused on this subject
My pregnancy was relatively easy.  I went to Lamaze and all wanting to give birth in a natural way.  I was going to my check ups every month, but in my 8 month I went to a private clinic to check if I can see the face of my son.  There they told me that the baby will most probably be a big one.  I shrug it off cuz I knew that if there was anything out of the ordinary they would have told me at the check ups.
So four more weeks went by and I went to meet with the doctor.  The minute he saw me at the door, he said that he would have to perform a Ceserian.  I did have a huge belly and with my size 5'2" (157sm) it seemed even bigger :P  The next day they performed the operation with full anastesia and I woke up feeling as if after a good night sleep - all happy and excited.   One of the nurses noticed that I am coming back to my senses asked me: "Do you know what a second grader you gave birth to?  (he is so big that) You can just hand him the backpack and he can be off to school"
Ny DS weighted 4 250kg (9350lbs) and was 51sm tall

I think that our husbands are supportive not only because their child gets to develop his brain, but also because they get to see us so very happy and enthusiastic.  The spark in the eye is there and we are no longer those bored and full of diapers mommies.

L&M, I haven't tought about it from this prospective, but I must agree with you that it as a family bonding experience.

I am trying to translate BrillKids' category Animals, but I noticed that even after renaming the words and moving them to the new category Animals BG, they are being changed in the original cat as well.  Please help

I am officialy Brill-addicted!  I think constantly about what new category I should create for my little angel and for the Little Reader Library.  I check my points every time I get across my computer and since I have two (a stationary and a Laptop) which are conviniently situated in my childs room and in the living room - it means every 30 min. or so
I think how to promote this awesome site to my fellow Bulgarians and so on
I have been really active for the last 5 days and I already managed to reach 3500 pts.   I think that by the time I reach 10000 pts it won't matter anymore cuz I will be addicted to the community
I tell my hubby that I am going to work and lately I have stayed up almost all nite.  When I share that I have obtained more points, my sweetheart asks: "So how much money is this :P?"  He has been real supportive even though my house is a bit of a mess and his diners have started missing

I started teaching my babyboy swimming in the pool last week.  He is now five months old and gets realy excited when he sees the water   I still cant let him on his own but he is already doing the doggy style swiming technique

I am sorry to hear that you and your DIL don't get along nowadays.  I gather she is still in her twenties?  I realised that it is crutial to give birth to your child only when you feel ready.  Parenting is the most important job in the world and if you don't do it right a real life of a person is jeopardised.  I am now 30 and happy I have waited so long (here in BG most people give birth in their 20's).  I know more about myself, I am done fulling around, I am done with schooling and became accomplished at work, so baby was really welcome in my life.
Regarding the notion of children behaving according to their caregivers I agree.  They are really good at it, too.  I can see this even now with my DS, who is only five months old.  He responds quite differently to him, my MIL, my sister and me.  The way he coos also varies

I had stopped EC for a while because we were going to the pool all of last week.  Today I restarted and had no problem at all - we get better and better, i.e. no accidens   If your daughter is working may be she doesn't have much time at her disposal to watch for the cues.  Because it is time and effort consuming as well.  This is the reason why most moms prefer diepies and the industry is thriving   I read that initially diapers were invented only for the disabled children.
Btw, what did you by DD?

The term EC is specificaly for younger babies.  Between the age of one and three a potty training is supposed to be done.  I believe that your daughter may be signaling in some ways when it is time to go.  May be you can try and teach her to point at the potty
