I speak Russian, my husband speaks Spanish and we live in USA, where my DD will go to school.
So we were trying to find a name that will be easily pronounced and understood in all 3 languages, so we picked Isabella.
Neither my husband's family nor my family liked it at the beginning
But now everybody got used to it and grew to love it.

I am soo lucky to be able to stay home with her and little by little help her to discover this Wonderful  World we live in!
She  definitely  keeps me busy. She is growing up so fast,

We've been also using Themes to remember and love them, the only problem that the musical fragments there are pretty short (~ 30-40 seconds)
So I end up buying on eBay collection of Classical Music CDs.
We really like Vivaldi & Handel, you can also find their music on youtube.

If you're interested  in teaching your kids Spanish language, try WhistleFritz DVDs.
You might want to check your library as well, mine has all 3  DVDs.
I am teaching my DD a language per day, so it is less confussion for them and for you
On Monday I am showing Spanish materials: TweedleWink World languages, spanish files from LR, WhistleFritz, Little Pim.
I borrowed some children books in Spanish from the local library, so I am reading them to her.
On Tuesday French- the same way,
On Wednesday Russian.
At this point since she is so little (10 months) and mostly absorbes things, I want to do as much input as I can.

We just LOVE LOVE LOVE our Whistlefritz Spanish for beginners DVDs!
If you're interested in teaching your child Spanish, you should definitely check them out!
My DD is 10 months old and she just loves them: every time I stop the DVD she cryes for more!
These and Baby Signing Time are her favorites at the moment!

We all here parents and totally understand how you feel
I agree with previous posts  that, please, do not try to be perfect, and please do do do try to get more sleep, It really helps me to go through the day.
Just pick 2-3 things that are really important each day (pay the bill, play with your children for an hour, feed the family )
 write them down, cross them of your list once you're done with them and  you will see that  actually  more things gets done.

If I were you I would not stress out too much about it!
Everybody is different, some months you will gain more, some months less.
They check your weight every month at doctor's office, and they will let you know if there is a reason for consern
Eat healthy food: fruits, vegetables, low fat milk products, lean meat, legumes and make sure to DRINK PLENTY OF WATER (no less than 8 cups)

I think I realized that my DD was kicking around 7th months.
I remember I've read somewhere that with the first time pregnancy you do not know how the actual kicking feels
and might miss the first kicks

I am thinking of weaning my DD when she'll be 1 year old, and considering trying to give her goat's milk.

But I agree with the thing was said here already: It is a family decision, It is a personal decision.
But to tell you the truth I never heard anybody who has 2 or more children to say "Oh, I wish we had only 1",
It is always other way around: as soon as we get the taste of it we want more
