I have been experiencing a similar problem for the last 2 months..it is being really frustrating!
Every time we are watching the course #2 from the curriculum my computer freezes up in the middle of the lesson. There is now ways I can get it back to work, I have to restart the computer to recover it...and once I do it, and I do the lesson again it keeps freezing up. I am very behind in the curriculum for this issue.

Please kindly send us a diagnostic report to
[email protected]To create a Diagnostic Report:
- From your Start Menu, go to "All Programs"
- Open the "BrillKids" folder
- Open the "Little Reader" folder
- Find and run the Diagnostic tool. A black window will open, collecting your system information.
- Once the tool has finished a window will open, containing a file named "Little Reader_[DATE].zip"
