Thats great hypatia. My son does the same thing.I dont flash always. But i doubt now that only flashin the card stimulated the right brain right? Does teaching the words stimulate??

Yahoooooooooooooooooo!!!! Got the deluxe kit yesterday ('coz of some problem in the customs it got delyed it seems!).... We are enjoying.
As always LR,LM and the deluxe kit reduces my job to a greater extent. Getting the cardboard,cutting,printing,pasting,...... was really tiresome some days(though not always as i njoyed to do this for my son!! ) But it took its own time. Deluxe kit reduced my work and saved my time too. Its enough if i print,just print!! thanks a lot KL and Team!!!

my son started singing(carnatic) with beats along with me when he was 9 months... so I'm seriously looking for little music,,,plz plz plz launch it soon!!!

@ autumn i'm trying your method of taking him to the dark and telling him stories. He started liking it. I'll have to do some more process for making him move into the darkness alone without fear.

    You may now see your baby reading pictures and words even if shown only twice. This is what happens to my boy. I teach him 3 - 4 words new each day,but i tell him only twice and thats it,he learns. Babies grasp easily once they know the click!!!!
try showing him couplets (use the word that he knows!!)..

Hi all, how do u all mange to capture your kids reading,singing???? I find it very very difficult. Once we start capturing he wants to snatch it away from us, or he is not in a mood to read. I wonder how you all managed to capture.
We tried capturing with the mobile phones and that too was not of good quality and once he knows we are capturing thats it he is put off!!!
I would love to show his progress once he grows up!!
 So please help!!!!!

Yup. I have a different problem with my son. Initially he recognised the dots(almost 85- 90%) but he started speaking a lot now.  Whenever a dot card is shown he shouts TWO or THREE. Whichever card i show he tells the same.As soon as he wakes up in the morning  he sees the card pasted on the wall, and says two!! But its not exactly two. Though i enjoy what he does i feel difficult to teach him all other numbers!!!! I show him LM ,he likes chines e numbers a lot and repeats it,but i dont knw chinese!

Cant tell exactly when ur kid will start to talk. But u have to speak a lot to to him and it would be fine if he has kids around. Mingling with other kids will be a good start.
