I am trying to do this, but I find it difficult as I don't have a regular schedule for them and I am not able to do trhis consistently. I am busy 9not that I have so many kids) as a I am a working mom with funny working timing. may i know how you mom try to do this ? How to motivate ourselves to teach them even when we are tired both mentally and physically after come home from work  ?

I understand what you are saying. I only have one, but I am a single mom. I get no support or help from his dad.  YBCR and LR make it easy for me to teach him.

I had a cesarean, but i did experience labour those for 7 hours.

i didn't import or export. i just copy and save the data and media library on desktop

ok i made a big mistake. i uninstall LR and install the new verson. i backup the files from the old LR and would like to install them in the new vesion. is there anyway this is possible.

I had a similar problem. I had to let him cry. I think there is no easy way to do the transition.

i don't see why you would need these stuff. if you have LR it has all the sight words. I think they are also in free download. my son is 22 months  and know almost all 220 dolch site words just by using LR.

you can also try www.starfall.com I think all kids love that site. Try and limit tv and read to him alot. Make a little library for him if he doesn't have one yet. Please write back and let us know how he is doing.

I think your child is doing fine. you shouldn't be worried at all. I think he can read the words. He is just not ready to show you.

we started with YBCR at 11 months, by 12 months he can read one word. by 15 months about 16 words. he didn't like to watch the DVDs, so i use the books and he learned the words very fast.
