Thank You Thank You so much for this and everyone else who has posted a review.  I have to admit I am feeling a bit overwhelmed since there are sooooo many books that came in the yesterday's collection.  I think we will start with The Sandman Stories. 

Cayden really enjoyed the science DVD by Mathtacular.  It is hosted by a different individual but same concept.  The DVD is divided into three parts each consisting of numerous experiments from about 1-7 mins.  We had a blast since all materials needed are common household items and we were able to expand and explore on our own.  I just wish they had a list of materials so I could've gathered them before watching.  Overall I am very pleased with the DVD not to mention the science vocab Cayden has picked up.

Cayden has been mesmerized so I looked further into how this was created and found out about a book called You Can Count on Monsters

I have spent quite some time reading all of the discussions about teaching our children with the abacus and soon hope to be participating with experiences.  I am hoping Soroban has some time to let us know about the progress of the program he was working on.  In the meantime I was hoping if I could get a yes or no on this Japanese abacus I found online through amazon.  I do not want to purchase something that will end up confusing my son once we start learning with a program.

Little Reader is pretty much the same thing as showing flashcards minus the extra work in preparing the cards.  The program also provides sections for phonics, stories, multisensory which helps with teaching the meaning of the words and a section for games.  Of course it is always nice to have flashcards for the opportunities to teach when it is not convenient with the computer.

I started early learning with my son when he was 6 months old.  The best advice I can give to you is to make the lessons fun.  Be energetic and your child will vibe off your energy.  At first my son was not interested in little math but after a couple of trips to the playground and joyfully yelling about how much fun little math or BrillKid numbers is he loved the lessons.  Even if your child is not paying attention don't give up at least they are being introduced to new vocabulary and the info. In regards to your question about if should you be doing more you can look through the posts on product reviews and discussion to see if any other programs, toys, DVDs etc.  will fit into your needs and schedule. 
You can also incorporate early learning throughout your daily activities through talking and playing.  When Cayden was six months old I started teaching him letter sounds with silly made up rhymes about the letter.  I also read to him from my old textbooks and on various days pretended to be a scientist, lawyer, dr. Etc. to introduce him to words normally not spoken.  I think I should start doing that again

I am right down the street from you     If you ever want to talk or anything at all send me a PM. 
I wouldn't worry too much about what your children are showing you or not showing you.  At this age it is hard to get them to cooperate with showing their knowledge.  I had no idea my son was soaking any of this up and then one day he just started reading everything. This happened six months after we started the our first early learning program Monki See Monki Do.  I am not sure how old your kiddos are but if they are paying attention they are absorbing it.  Maybe when you show the game section you should show them how you are picking the answers and they will catch on.  Just make it fun and they will want to join in on the fun. 

I've also had to deactivate numerous times after one laptop gave out on us and our current one has given us some problems.

Also when I removed it to reinstall the new version of LR correctly it was  not recognized for some reason.  My LR has one more deactivation than LM and LMs.

I have never used the second activation for any of the programs.
