Hello! We are a Russian-Norwegian family. Since my daughter was born, I speak Russian (my native lang.) to her and my husband speaks Norwegian (his native lang.). We live in Norway. My daughter spends more time with me during the day, so its natural for me to start to teach her to read in Russian.
I wonder when I should start to teach her to read in Norwegian? Of course, the best is if my husband who speaks Norwegian to her could also have "reading"-lessons in Norwegian with her , but I'a afraid my daughter is tired in the evenings when he comes home from work. So in practice if someone has to teach her to read in Norwegian - it'll be me! At the same time I'm afraid my daughter'll be confused.
Does anyone have experience of teaching to read in 2 different languages at the same time? Or should i wait with a second lang-ge?

I've started session 1 (day 1) today. I just wonder how do you count statistic for words? Today, I've shown 2 sessions - I suppose the words are shown twice i session 1 (A&B) and twice in session 2, totally 4 times each. When I check "Playback stats" for words it gives number: 7 for each word. I don't understand why 7?

I haven't started with the curriculum yet and wonder what time interval is optimal between sessions? According to Doman method you should wait at least 0,5 h between sessions but not more than 8 h. Are there any reccomendations of best time interval for LR?

I bought LR yesterday. I haven't recieved any weekly lessons plans emails and online progress diary either.   

Uff!  I really messed up with English and Russian word-files. Now my English Course is a mess that includes partly Russian and English words. I really cant figure out how the categories are linked to the course because now I've edited BK English Course Categories so they include only the English words, but when I start running Session1 etc it shows both English and Russian words and even words from Categories that I've created myself. The easiet way is to delete the whole trial version and download it once again, is it possible to do so? But I still have to understand the system.

Hi! I've just downloaded LR and started to try it. I want to teach my daughter Russian, so I've started to edit BK English Course Categories to Russian version.
I want to have 2 copies of the same English Course for the 1st semester - the first one I'll use later when we start learning English, and the second one I'll edit to Russian. But if I edit curriculum now, I wonder if I lose the English version completely? What can I do to have 2 copies of the same English course?

Девочки,я только что впервые попробовала переделать их англ. вариант на русский. Так получается,когда я уроки под русский подгоняю,то английская версия уроков/слов удаляется? А жаль... я то думала когда-то в будущем еще и англ использовать.
