Once upon a time, Santa Clause wandered into my garden and dropped his cookies on blue carpet that my sacks of beads fell onto. I picked pickled parsnips from Papa's popular place, then danced deliriously for my baby panda and he got slept under the Christmas tree.

Whenever reindeer passes through the lovely supermarket OVERFLOWING with  laughter throw tomatoes at grandpa giggling away.

We all stopped when suddenly George shouted, "HO HO HO! Oh, goodness!" Apparently the facetious elves played jolly upon finishing one cookie!

Hurray! Rudolph pranced joyfully while Santa drank eggnog and sang a song loudly while wrapping presents quickly. Everything suddenly vanished into clouds that disappeared rapidly into dust. It wasn't very unusual really, but fortunately Santa Clause had packed sacks of whitening snow but never dare use it again because it melts quickly even in extremely cold so, he could have any thing that he wanted in the bag with red dots and gold ribbon

At Christmas, it is traditional to exchange kisses beneath a sprig of which plant?

mistletoe.

How many gifts would you receive if you received all of the gifts in the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas?

9  Parents' Lounge / General Pregnancy / my terifying pregnancy. on: December 19, 2008, 07:09:54 AM
ok i will start by saying i love my daughter and would go through this again just to have her.

so it started when i was 8 weeks with headachs and nausea to the point that i had to be forced to take meds. in order to just function i fealt tearible that i had to, the doctors also ende up putting me on beadreast due to the fact i lost 40 lbs in the first 3 months of being pregnant. in about my 4th month i got a terible flue it was mid february and i was miserable i couldn't breath without coughing i ended up in the er twice to get fluids and meds. it was horrifying. then when i was 25 weeks my water broke i went to the hospital and they told me i was wrong my bead was soked and there was even a puddle on the floor, while in the hospital i started to go into labor they gave me a few injections kept me over night prescribed me some pills then sent me home, it didn't stop the labor for long 2 days latter i was back they once again did the same thing but prescribed me something different, then when i was about 27 1/2 weeks i had another sudden gush of fluid come out they just reppeted what they did and sent me home finally at 28 weeks when i had another gush my mother took me to a diferent hospital they hooked me up to a ton of monitors and where shocked that the hospital that i was in before failed to run any tests and didn't treat me properly, they told me i wasn't alowed to leave the hospital they were going to try and keep my little one in till 34 weeks but that didn't happen at 32 weeks i had an ultrasound and discoverd my little one was breach, i started going into heavy labor to the pint where the meds didn't stop it i had to have an emergency c-section, it went mostly smooth, my little one had obtaind a blood infection and had to go on iv's the nurses and such where amazed by her she didn't need to be on any kinds of muchines that most babies that young are on she breathed fine and with in the first week was eating great, thats not where the story ends while i was glad that my daughter was fine, my body wasn't i got a bad infection in my wound they had to reopen the skin and make it heal in side out it was grose soon after that healed i had to go to the doctor and found out that i had a hernia so i had to have another surgery, 2 weeks after that they discoverd my uterus wasn't clossed properly so all my insides where being forced in to my uterus  had to have another emergency surgery then i had to battle with an infection that seemed to just refuse to go away it was hell on earth but for my daughter it was all worth it i just wish i had different doctors. my little girl is almost 7 months she is walking and learning to mimick and i'm hoping this program will help with learning to talk and read.
10  EARLY LEARNING / Parents of Children with Special Needs / Re: Special needs kids? on: December 19, 2008, 06:51:10 AM
when i was in school i voluntered one of my studdy hours to help the special needs childeren they used tons of flash cards and similar programs with the kids they seemed to like it and responded very well to the programs i was with these kids from 6th grade till graduation it was very rewarding and i loved being with them just remeber they are kids that are able to express them selves diferently and may have some dificullty in doing some projects so just be patient and do get flustered.
11  Parents' Lounge / General Parenting / Re: If you could, would you decide on a 3rd child? on: December 19, 2008, 06:45:30 AM
i would love to have three childeren i just had my first and due to the complicatons and the several surguries i had to go through i might not be able to have any more so it makes me sad but i am blessed and if it happens it happens but every family situation is different i've also decided that i may addopt and give a child a home that might not have been able to have one i think it would be very rewording to give that opertunity to such an inucent child but in the end it all depends on what you your self would like to do.
12  Parents' Lounge / General Parenting / Re: Exposure on: December 19, 2008, 06:40:35 AM
i think you definatly need to keep watch and make sure they aren't over exposed to violence and that but if they witness something you should always explain what it is and why it is wrong and that they should never be violent otherwise they become confused and will do it in order to figure out your reaction like is it good or bad.
13  Parents' Lounge / General Parenting / Re: Gabriel's first cold on: December 19, 2008, 06:35:22 AM
my little girl was 2 months premature so when she was just 2 months old she got a really bad cold i couldn't put her down it scared me too death those few days  i didn't get any sleep. but sure enough it passed and know everything is fine but kids get sick they don't have the immune system we do.
14  Parents' Lounge / General Parenting / Re: Hug to child. on: December 19, 2008, 06:30:44 AM

15  Parents' Lounge / General Parenting / Re: Letting a 2 year old go back to the breast on: December 19, 2008, 06:25:00 AM
