I am having an issue using the little reader and little math on my computer. I have no sound for those programs only so I bought iAccess to use on my iPad. However is it only for the little reader? Or can I get the math stuff that I purchased as well? Today using Brillkids has frustrated me so much. I'm stressed out. I don't understand why I am having so many problems. Help

Okay this is really frustrating me now. I can't get sound since I removed the sonic decoder so I can't use the lessons. I tried re-installing the math one just to see and it's not working with sound. Should I just get the iaccess and use it on my ipad? Because I hardly have any time and this is really stressing me out.

Okay so I thought it was good but guess what? The pop up message is gone but so is the sound ...so now I am not hearing anything when running the lessons. I checked volume and ran the support tools but nothing. I am sending a diagnostic report now

Oh thank you so much. For the past few days I've been installing and uninstalling all sorts of decoder packs and it never occurred to me to simply un-install the roxio sonic pack. I did that this morning and YIPPIE no more pop up messages. Thanks so much guys!!

Hello, Whenever I launch the Little Reader program I keep getting a Sonic Cineplayer Decoder error message. I tried installing the decoder packs but that's not helping. I am attaching a photo of the messages. Anyone else experiencing this problem. Help please!

I ordered the Deluxe Little Reader and Math and it's supposed to arrive today. My question is - I have been using the trial version and completed the 9 day lessons. Should I start over when the deluxe box arrives or continue from Day 10? Please advise

I only discovered Brillkids a couple of days ago and now I would like to get started using it. My son is already 16 months so I am feeling like I have done him an injustice by not knowing about this wonderful way of teaching sooner. I am trying to decide between the basic program and the deluxe. The price of shipping right now is what has stalled me!
