Hi! I'm glad to see this and that the organization is still going. I've filled out an application and received no reply, called the number listed here http://www.eeecf.org/contact-us.php and got a voicemail that was not official and received no reply, received an error message when filling out the form on that same page and received a permanent failure reply to the email. Can anyone suggest another way to get in touch with EEECF? I'm a little nervous about sending my child's birth certificate when I'm not getting any responses.
