I've spent days to download, uninstall and reinstall LR an LM and at last, both looked working alright together. To make sure they are really working fine, I restarted my pc afterwards. Then, I launched the new LR version. However, I got a bunch of errors. First, it says the system encountered an error with MS. It says the error report was saved at a place. However, I can't find it with the path specified. See the LR problem.jpg
After the failure on LR, I checked the LM. However, it was gone in the BrillKids application. Somehow LM is launched from System Rollback Data instead of C:\Progam FIles\BrillKids\Little Math\. See the LM problem.jpg
Pls. help. I've stopped the exercise for almost a week and spent nights downloading, uninstalling and reinstalling without success.
