Interesting and fun little game! 

There are a lot of fun math online games on Math Is Fun. My friend is an elementary school teacher and she frequently uses this site.
The games are divided into levels of diffuculty/age group.

Look for a tutor! There are many resources out there. There are also many online resources / online tutors that could greatly benefit your child.

wow.. talk about finding a needle in a haystack!

I walked everywhere, strolled and just got out and get fresh air.  Listened to music and inspirational podcast as I walked, and strike up positive conversations with people around me. 
Just be generally happy and content.

I used Khan Academy, IXL and StudyPug Math now.  Surprisingly, for kids, maybe youtube videos can also work.  I used Math Antics to very resounding success with my very young one.

I think when they are younger, videos and engaging content that entertains works.   But as they get older, concept videos and detailed practice gets better results. 

And of course, I have to be taught at the same time to be able to teach back!

I actually learned abcus math when I was younger - it get you onto effective mental math.  My mom was going through a phase and I got drafted.  Highly recommended.
