I'm here with the recipe for an evening snack. It is a very healthy as well as a tasty snack. I'm sure you all will like it. It is a very simple dish.
Pour the chickpeas into a baking dish. Add olive oil over the top and season with cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt and a few herbs and spices according to your taste. Bake it in the preheated oven, stirring every 20 min, until it turns crispy and fragrant for about an hour. Transfer to another plate to cool completely.
The thing to be noted is that if you are planning to prepare it, you have to soak the chickpeas 24 hours before in cool water.
Just give it to your kids and try its result because children are the best critics.
