Hi, My kids is interested in Maths, but if I ask him to do some numbering activities he is not ready. Your post has given me some ideas to make his numbering activities very interesting. I will give a try. Thank you!

You can start a conversation with him, then get some article or book about the same topic to read, in this way he maybe interested to read more about the subject you were talking about.
Start reading to him on daily basis for 2-4 weeks without asking him to read, then let him participate with you.

my suggestion is to teach  letter A  and its sound  then you can go for words

My kid know the sounds, but not showing interest in reading the words.  can you suggest me any idea how to make him to read?
