I would like to know how I can view or download files, as I have purchased the Little Reader and have the licensed software, but have asked for access and was told that my password needed rephrased. I nontheless could not get through. Why?

I have purchased Little Reader at the old price, but I do not find that downloads are for free, and I have asked to restate my password, and could not get access to my site except to state the number of loyalty points that I have. I would like to know what is going on? You can

 I  would appreciate if you would llet me  know step by step how I may obtain your Dvd and how  it can be adapted to different languages. In additioin, I would like to know which other language and concept DVDs you provide. Please respond with the answers.

I would like to order your DVD. However, I have went through the purchasing process, have set my payment  and have been asked to make some changes, which I did. Subsequently I was told that the it didn't go through as it was a duplicate. What is going on? How could I change my application if only a code number with no explanation is give. Would like to see some of the DVD's transalated into different languages. I speak three different languages and would like to teach all three.

I would like to know how I can adapt the slide shows with my own recorded voice.
