Hi All,
I am little bit confused about praising kids and positive affirmations. Will there be any negative impact on kids when positive affirmation like you are smart, you are healthy and strong, etc have been told when they are in sleepy mood as praising kids like good job, good girl is not advisable? Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

I am a mother of 8 months old. I breastfeed my child 3-4 times a day. Also, I give her cerelac (2 small scoops) twice a day and one cracker a day. I was just wondering what type of nutritious foods (other than cerelac) can be given to my child? Could you please share what type of foods or recipes you gave to your children? Thanks in advance.

What other activities can be played with 5 1/2 months old baby as she is not showing any interest in flashcards or ppt slides? From 2-3 days don't know why, she is completely silent, being in our own world, not showing any attention when we play with her. Any right brain activities to do or play with my baby. Hi Everyone,
My kid is 5 months old. When someone coughs, shouts, listen to any louder sounds begins to cry sometimes. Even when she is sleeping, she awakes listening to those sounds. When we make the sound all of a sudden, she will be frightened for the first time. Again if we continue to do same sounds again, she'll be happy and keep smiling. Doctor said it is normal for some kids. Is there anything I could make my child not to be frightened in anything again? I would be really glad, if anyone could help me. Thanks in advance.
