I have already submitted 2 support tickets but the customer service for BrillKids is terrible. At the end of the music lessons it shows you all the additional videos you can use. My son is loving the program and always wants more, so I would love to be able to access the additional content. But when I click the link to go to you tube nothing happens at all. I have tried many many times. It's super frustrating. Is anyone else having this issue?

I am new to Brillkids and started teaching my 13 month old. I was wanting to order the set of books and the flip binder and the shipping cost more than the books! I can't justify $87 shipping. Do you all pay that or just go without them? Or is there anywhere else to purchase them? I have found the support to be terribly slow as I messaged them over a week ago and haven't gotten any response.

Hi everyone! I am new to Brillkids and although I haven't purchased it yet, I will be getting the pack with all 3 curriculum's.   My son is almost 13 months old and we have been doing the Domann method and flashcards since he was 9 months old.  I do still have quite a few made that I want to get through (probably a few months worth) and I don't want to not use them since they were SO much work to make. But after coming across Brillkids I am so excited to get started.

My question is what is the best way to go about implementing all 3 programs into our day, and which is the best to start with? Since I want to finish my existing reading flash cards, I was thinking it may be better to start with Math or Music. But I was looking for opinions on that as well as how long to wait before I introduce the second and third programs? It is probably not great to start them all at once, so I was thinking maybe a few weeks or a month apart, or does it really matter?

I would love to hear what everyone thinks! I am planning to purchase soon, I just wanted to get my head wrapped around the best way to implement them all and see if anyone could share what their day may look like if doing all 3 (reading, math and music). Or would that be too much for a 1 year old to be doing all 3 each day?
