Parents' Lounge / Coffee Corner - General Chat / Re: How can I get more backlinks to my website?

Link building is important in terms of search ranking.off-page SEO which refers to backlinks and other external signals. The quantity of backlinks a site has is in a good indicator of its popularity or importance with search engines. Create articles, videos or any other content that people will find useful. Distribute that content through online directories, social media sites. If you don't have some experience you can buy such links, for example here is a good service for this purpose https://linklifting.com/help/seo-monthly/

Parents' Lounge / General Parenting / Re: How long do the results of otoplasty last?
|
on: October 22, 2019, 01:13:23 PM

The results in regards to an otoplasty surgery are in fact forever. In general when the surgery is performed, the surgeon will cut out a portion of the ear's cartilage and therefore remove it which means it cannot be replaced. In some situations the surgeon may actually fold the cartilage over in which case it may be possible to undo the surgery, but the results of the reversal will never be the same as the ears were originally because the cartilage may have folds and or creases in it. Check https://www.jasonchampagnemd.com/otoplasty for more info, also here you can find good plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills.

Waist trainer results will be much faster and more easily noticed if you coincide your waist training with a good and well-balanced diet, as well as exercising regularly. Most people struggle to do these two greatly beneficial things that have countless beneficial effects not only on one’s figure, but also on one’s mind and overall well-being, so waist-training may also help to give you the extra motivation needed to carry out these beneficial activities. Also you should choose suitable for you model, you can do this on https://www.prettygirlcurves.com/ they provide so many variants.

Parents' Lounge / Coffee Corner - General Chat / Re: I want to develop healthcare mobile app any creative ideas?
|
on: August 14, 2019, 11:28:33 AM

You can find many ideas for this niche. For example patient info app. It contains patients list, patient summary, lab results, medication list, clinical notes, vital signs, allergies, current treatment information, doctor notes. I think it can be very useful. When you will find your idea I recommend you to contact Reinvently company https://reinvently.com/healthcare-app-development/ to implement it. As you can see they have good experience in healthcare.

Parents' Lounge / Coffee Corner - General Chat / Re: What is the best way to apply & acquire a job in Melbourne Australia?
|
on: July 15, 2019, 08:17:16 PM
|
Getting a job in Australia if you don’t have PR or if you’re physically not here is tough. Hiring managers and recruiters want to pick up the phone and talk to you and they want to meet you (if you’re in their shortlist).
There are many factors at play such as demand (i.e. electrical engineering jobs in Melbourne are quiet vs. civil and construction related jobs). There’s also competition from other candidates, how much experience you have (do you have local experience?), the quality of your application and your networks.
Applying for jobs via SEEK and other online job boards is just one aspect to getting a job in Melbourne. Networking via LinkedIn and actively reaching out to appropriate recruiters and hiring managers at the companies that hire people with your skills/experience is critical.
If you strike the right balance of applying online, customising your resume and cover letter for each application, networking, leveraging LinkedIn and developing answers to technical and behavioural questions - you maximise your prospects of getting an offer.
Don’t forget to set up a SEEK profile. Many of the clients we work with at ACECIS in Melbourne are found by recruiters through their SEEK profile. In addition, upload your resume to as many recruiter sites as possible (set up a candidate profile on recruiter sites like Hays and Hudson).
Getting a job in Melbourne/Australia is about 90% hard work and perseverance and 10% luck. Timing is key. You could reach out to 50 potential hiring managers in a week. If none of them have any openings at that time - you’re out of luck. If just one has picked up a new project or a team member has just started maternity leave and you contact them at the right time - you may have your first interview.
As Shobith says - keep trying and never give up. However if you are keep getting the same results i.e. rejections - then something has to change. You’re doing something i.e. resume, cover letter or in the interview stage that isn’t working.
Don’t keep doing the same thing if you’re not getting results (meaning job interviews and an offer). Change and adapt your application and networking strategy.

Parents' Lounge / Coffee Corner - General Chat / Re: Are there jobs available in Australia with a bachelor of social work??
|
on: July 13, 2019, 07:35:29 AM
|
Yes but very few.
I have a similar qualification. What I found is what is more sought after is actually a lower qualification that is more specific to a particular field, such as Disability, Youth. Aged Care etc. These you can obtain from a trade school in Australia.
Counselling and Psychologists are sought after but you need to specialization in those or the relevant bachelor in those to be considered.
The Social Working bachelor may only open you up for specific case management roles, employment agency roles and some very key roles in some government agencies, but in my experience those kind of jobs do not appear very often and when they do they are often taken by people within the organization/Department, applied for by 300+ people, and/or going to people with 30 years experience.

Parents' Lounge / Coffee Corner - General Chat / Re: How can I watch a live ATP tennis match for free?
|
on: June 25, 2019, 10:55:40 AM
|
Right now in Google all free streaming sites has hijacked the result so just type tennis free streaming and you will see many results for free streaming and almost all that sites will show you the streaming. Majority of free streaming sites supports only desktop where as free streaming sites are not safe they can harm your PC by unwanted ads and popups. Its better to use premium streaming service in small price where you can see all sports streaming and tennis too in HD. Such services supports all devices any where in the World.
