Please help.  I purchased the Brill Kids deluxe with basic math and little reader in which will soon come flash cards and other items to my home.  The math program we haven´t had any problems, but the Little reader keeps telling us that it has been desactivated and needs the license number.  We were able to only use it twice, but now it no longer functions.  My husband downloaded the program again and it only showed the account as activated for a few seconds and then desactivated again.  What do we need to do?  Is there somewhere I can call after 5pm eastern time?
