what about 4 months bb... what interest them??

thanks for the tip.. hopefully i can get her attention longer to do all that .. and thats another reason why i'm still hesitant to get those signing dvds and little readers cos she doesn't seems to be able to focus on tv / monitor long enough even for a children song..

sad to say i'm still struggling to find what interest her most .. i'm quite drained running out of ideas to play with her.. even the toys that i bought doesn't seems to catch her attention at all.. sigh.. sometimes i feel like a lousy mom when she gives me that bored look.. like .. "ok so whats next".. sigh

another question..

do we start with pic + word flash card first then the sign language or ... i've started showing my bb pictures flash cards .. can i now add in the sign language and the word together or one at a time??

u bought the little reader? my bb is now 4 months .. n i'm stil considering about getting little reader for her..

anyone here knows about bb signing?? haven't heard about it in sg so far and the schools that i enquired about bb signing classes are not popular at all... any idea??

can you tell me more about the sign language thing? i've heard they are very useful and very popular in states .. i contacted a school here in singapore that offers this parent - child sign language program but they say they don have enough students to start the course.. pity..

can i just teach my bb any sign to refer to any activity i like? for example rubbing tummy to tell that she's hungry? or is there a specific signs that should be follow like the international sign for alphabets??

hi.. i'm a new mom to my lovely bb gal charlene.. she's now 4 months old .. I read about brill kids and really interested and enthu to get started with my bb however i find it quite hard to keep her attention focus..

she doesnt seems to be intersted in the toys / rattles that i bought for her.. she doesn't seems to be interested in flash cards that i showed her.. the only thing that successfully catch her less than 10mins attention is food.. sometimes talking.. she only seems to be intersted when we talk to her or just adults chatting beside her... singing sometimes and she also enjoys playing rough with us for awhile...

can anyone help?? i ran out of ideas to play with her....  it makes me sad sometimes she show me the bored look... i feel very guillty not able to make her day happier and i feel guilty that i wasted one more of her days not learning anything.. sigh

this is my first visit to brillkids and thank you so much for sharing so much information and teaching materials online.. now i can start to map out learning program for my baby.. i have a question though.. i downloaded a file which says something about security catalog.. and i couldn't open that file.. Help?! thank you
