My understanding is Ovulation is from 14days from the 1st day of your menses. When i went for a full body check up, the doc told me beside counting the days, i should look at my discharge. If it is transparent, clear n sticky means you are ovulating!

I followed the doctor advice and that's how i got my baby boy during my 1st attempt without protection.

I'm currently using Medela Dual Electric Breast Pump. In fact i have 2 of them one at home and another in the office. It is heavy to carry around but it is definately a good buy and worth it if you are pumping exclusively / dont have the luxury of time / intend to use it for your next child. For me my "morning sickness" occures at night during the 1st 3mths of my pregnancy.

Some general tips that may help to alleviate the symptoms:
.Eat small portions of food frequently throughtout the day

.Sleep on two pillows to reduce reflux
.Have sips of milk or eat small light crackers before going to bed and getting out of bed

I loved chocolates before i was pregnant. After i got pregnant i just dont like to eat them and had no craving for it. When i went for a buffet which included chocolate fondue, i totally avoided it..and my friends were quite shock..haha

I knew it at the 2nd weeks as i missed my period and at the 3rd week my breast feel pain and sore
