I followed the steps exactly and still tells me - Error This license key was deactivated. Please enter a new license key and try again. Please let me know what else I can do. Would like to get back on the program. Thanks!

After a short break from using LR, my license key was deactivated. I have upgraded the program to the latest version and tried importing the key again.  Still I'm getting the message that my license key was deactivated and I need a new key. How does this work? I just got the program a few weeks ago. Please help.

Hi, I'm having a challenge with the sound as it keeps cutting out. I downloaded the codec from the link you provided in the support and even after installing and rebooting, I still have the same problem. Please let me know of other options.
