Hello, I am having trouble submitting a request for help with my Little reader software that I purchased a few weeks ago. Basically I am wanting to know if there is a way to convert Power Point presentations on my computer into Littl Reader files so that I may then play them in scramble mode? Please, someone give me some guidance.
Thanks, Cassndra

BrillKids Software / Little Reader - General Discussion / Does LR require internet connection?

Hello,
Just wondering if the Little Reader software requires internet access to work?
To clarify... does it require an internet connection for even the preloaded lessons to work or just the additional lessons we want to supplement our child's learning journey with (like the free downloads available here on Brill Kids)?
(I have a computer with NO connection to the internet and am curious if I will need to wire it up before using this LR program.)
Seriously considering a purchase. This product looks awesome!
Thanks, Cassandra

BrillKids Software / Little Reader - General Discussion / Re: Just how customizable?

So does "replace" mean you can not create entirely new custom sets of words? That would be a bit confusing considering people can make power point presentations and (upload?) use them on Little Reader. Hopefully someone else will reply and help straighten me out.
I am not interested in making tactile flash cards. I am only asking about computer based power-point style flash cards.
Thanks, Cassandra

BrillKids Software / Little Reader - General Discussion / Just how customizable?

Hello, I may not be looking in the right places for the answer to my question so please forgive me if this has been asked before...
Just how customizable is Little Reader? I think I understand you can add pictures to the current words they have in their software but what if I want to teach the names of comic book characters or names of streets in my neighborhood (things that are not in the current software)? Is it possible to just create a new file and add any word I want? And any pictures to those new words I want?
Thanks in advance, Cassandra

Greetings, I'm in Austin and very interested in finding other local families who don't think I'm crazy for participating in Glen Domans Gentle Revolution. Anybody out there? Cassandra & baby Trevor (22 months)
