BrillKids Software / Little Reader 2.0 [BETA] / Unable to activate

Hi. I've been unable to activate this Beta version. I installed it the first time and activated successfully, however when reopening the program my activation was gone. I reinstalled the software two times to try and activate but I received an error that the activation code is in use. I have tried to delete my activation from my account (there has always been just one) but the error prevents activation each time. Please help, the new version seems worthwhile. Thanks.

Hello. We have twin boys (20 months old) and will be moving to the Phoenix area in the next few months. Would love to stay in contact and try to get together once we are out there...

BrillKids Software / Tech Support / LM "stopped working" error

Our LM program started having an error a few days ago. We tried to uninstall/reinstall, but no luck. Still getting exact same error. Screen print of error with details and diagnostic zip file are attached. Any assistance would be great, our twins were just really getting into numbers and I feel we will start to loose ground if we don't have regular lessons again soon.
