I have purchased and downloaded the LM and LR program (12 months version), however my account has not been accredited with the loyalty points. I understand that the program has been changed such that points are automatically credited to account. However, I visited my account management page and try to perform a refresh (CTRL+F5), nothing happen. Please kindly help on this. Thanks in advance.

I initally plan to redeem the 10% discount coupon but face the same issue as cp. I went ahead to redeem the 5% discount instead. After the redemption, I move on to purchase the DVD at Winktolearn official website. However, after I enter the Coupon code, a message that read "Coupon code not found. Please try again." and I am not entitled to the 5% discount. With this, I did not proceed with the purchase. May I know what is going on?

Thanks for the post. Did you get the poster online or from the store? From the online store, the posters have to buy in bulk (ie. 60 units per case). I don't need so many. I only need to get a few pieces for our home. Will I be able to get these from the store?

I am a newbie to LR and LM. I have downloaded trial LR & LM software and is excited to get the product for my sons. I have read in this site that upon purchase of the product, the license key can be installed on up to 2 computers (intend to install it in home PC and in my laptop so I can teach my sons whereever we go). I am just wondering if I install the program in both my PC and laptop and my PC happen to crashed after sometimes, given the limited 2 times installation, will I not be able to reinstall it in a new PC or in my PC once my PC is fixed ? Or this issue will be resolved if I get the box set (physical copy) by paying the additional? Any advise, please?

Apart from getting the physical copy of the product, is there any other differences between download or box set copy??
