Now that I think about it, I had a feeling I was having a girl until everyone started telling me it is a boy because I am carrying small; but I am tall.  Whenever I felt like shopping for the baby, I would always like looking at the girls little outfits.      On my last appointment, the receptionist asked me what I though I was having, I said a girl because everyone thouhg it was a boy and I was right.

Now that you've mention the picture;  I have to ask for a picture of that area.    My OBGYN said there isn't any need of an ultra sound anytime soon unless really needed, if something is wrong with the baby.    I don't like the sound of that because I really do look forward to these ultrasounds' appointments....

Thank you for everything guys, on my last appointment with the OBGYN, I found out I was having a girl.        I am so happy although I didn't have a gender preference to begin with, I just hope that there is no mistake while keeping in mind that it is only 99% accurate.

Thanks y'all, I feel much better the milk i drank during and after eating the bread made things much better, not thinking about the bread helped as well.  Now I am afraid of eating whole wheat bread,   although on my last appointment, I was told not to worry.  I am glad to have asked the question here for it made me less worried.  I am glad the baby is doing great and the heart beat is great as well.   .

 I don't feel anything so far but I wish I can vomit right now.  My next visit is on Wednesday August 11, 2010 (with my OBGYN).  As long it is deadly to the fetal and myself, I guess...

I am currently 21 weeks and one day as of today, I just consumed an expired bread.  I wanted to eat some eggs,  bread, and hot chocolate.  I checked the expiration date and it says that it would expire on the 12th of August, so I started eating.  After 2 slice and a half of bread, I looked at the bread carefully, I seen some white stuff on it.  I am so worried and pissed.  Any suggestions from any one?  Should I be worried?

Thank you guys, I think the lady did not know what she was doing, she looked as though she just started working there.  There was another doctor who kept coming in and out...Thinking about, I don't want my pregnancy to become a training session .  It is sucks that others get to find out very early, and I have been wanting to know for a very long time.  It is my first so I guess I am learning and I think I would find out within 4 weeks , which feels like a lifetime.

So I had my second trimester's ultra sound at around 18 weeks and 5 days of this pregnancy.  I was so excited to find out the gender of the baby, when the lady said I couldn't and that I needed to call my OBGYN in order to find out my baby's gender.  I am going to be 21 weeks on my next appointment with the OBGYN, and my calls are not getting through my OBGYN.  I know it is best to wait, since it looks as if I have not other choice.  When ever I go out to the mall, I see lots of cute boys and girls stuff and I can't get neither....pissed!!!!      

Therefore, I would like to know when others got to found out their baby's gender and how?

I have put on 20 pounds so far, and I am 20 weeks and 2 days.  Although the weight gains is all over my body, my breast are very large and heavy......help

Thank you everyone for this posting, especially Skylark for the long, but well worth reading answers to all of our questions regarding "Natural Birth vs. Epidural.  I did make up my mind and said no epidural for just because they did not have it back in the days and women gave birth just fine.  I would like to experience everything that is supposed to be natural about birth; So nature birth is what I going after.  I just pray to Good that the labor takes little time and that it doesn't hurt as much..............Again thank you very much guys

PS, annaskids is right, I started sleeping during the day because of summer and staying up late; that's when I really feel more movement. 

This is my first time being pregnant and I felt my baby's kick at 15 weeks and 6 days.  Yes it feels like gas but the difference is there, I suffered from gas problems in the past. So it depends on your body and I try eat small but often. I know feel my baby often when I drink water, sit, lay down or stand still. Unlike gas, I feel my belly button pulling a bit and lately I felt a sudden kick .... ...I wonder if everything I eat or drink goes straight to the baby, at times. Do not worry, I was worried that I was not going to feel my first kick; my friend didn't felt her first baby's until 34 weeks.
