seeing the mushaf through your eyes made me notice things I didn't notice before I thought those headings were in all edition 
here is a file with the headings they are copied from a forum  so I suggest you use them after confirming from the copy you already got

when you grow with something you always think of it as perfect  this is the version i've always listened to on our local radio station & it is repeated regularly I( the whole quran ) maybe that's why I was thrilled to find that recording & I thought other people would like it too especially Egyptians. probably your judgment is right cause you are not biased thanks for your efforts to make our work better    I'll sure check those sites
