Hi, after fixing the problem I found my license was deactivated after no use for a while.  Thus I "remove activation" and activate the license again.  Then it's working. 

After that I upgraded a new computer so I did the normal "remove activation" to switch to new PC. 

Recently I realized my license was deactivated again. Thus I have to "remove activation" again.  My total remove activation counter is 3 now.  Can u help me to remove the counter to 1 and advise how to prevent the license deactivation?  Is that a maximum times we can do the remove activation?  Please advice.

Hi, I got the same problem.  My license has been deactivated.  It was the third time it was deactivated.  I tried to reactivate then the system showed I have reached the max activation slot.  Thus I "remove activation" and activate the license again.  Then it's working.  However the activation remove times is 3 now.  Can u help me to remove the counter and advise how to prevent the deactivation again?  Is that a maximum times we can do the remove activation?  Please advise.

Thank you so much for your help.  The problem is solved.  I am able to activate my Little Musician License by following the instructions in your email.

Previously, while trying to fix the activation problem, I removed the activation and reactivated the license on the same computer through
My purchases ->Little Musician->Curriculum & License Key->Remove activation
Now my activation problem is solved but I had used 1 remove activation for my license.  Would you able to help me to reset the remove activation counter?

I am still experiencing error.  Now I cant even play the Little Musician.  I was not playing the software for a while and this morning I played again.  It prompted me activation error as previously.  Then I tried again.  It blocked my program and it show the screen1.jpg

Then I pressed activation again.  Then it show screen2.jpg and screen3.jpg

I do not excced the maximum activation for license.  I am not using any antivirus and I changed the Regional and Language Options but it did not solve the problem.

I am still experiencing this error.

When I restart Little Musician (or open it for the next session or the next day), I see message that says "License key status has changed. Little Musician will now refresh". After refreshing, I see "Little Musician License Key(s) have not been successfully activated. (Activation period expired. Activate license key for further work)". Pls see PrintSreen1


If I press the Activate Key License button, it prompts me activation problem.  Pls see PrintScreen2.

However, I can still play the lessons.  Please advise.

I just purchased and downloaded the Little Musician 1.1.610 into my Windows 7 Professional.  After installing, I was trying to activate the license.  It prompted me an activation error.  I clicked OK.  Then it continued to download the contents for semester 1 & 2.  After finished downloading the contents, I am able to play the lessons for both semesters. I can see my PC is activated under my account->My purchases->Little Musician Curriculum & License Key.  However it still prompts me the same activation error every time I restart the program.  Please advise.
