Hiya,

I have a very strong music background. I play the violin, piano, guitar, clarinet and saxophone. I have the performance diploma for the violin, so I have passed all Grades 1 - 8 (distinction) and have Grade 5 theory. I have Grade 8 on the piano and Grade 5 on the clarinet. Guitar and saxophone I just play for fun :-)

I was in the Philharmonic Orchestra and Youth Choir for a local music school and toured to countries, Brittany, Venice and Prague. I have played in the Royal Albert Hall and Royal Festival Hall and have led my own string quartet.

I would like my son to follow in my footsteps so would absolutely love to test the Little Musician.

Wow guys thanks so much for the really insightful advice. I'm going to start preparing some flashcards, videos and games I think and, as per Tilly's advice, work with nature to get the baby used to his surroundings. Thanks so much for your help ladies and best of luck with your babies :-)

Does anyone of you know of any free childcare courses for babies in HA8, Edgware area?

Nurseries are so expensive these days, but I am hoping to find little day courses (perhaps in libraries?) for babies who are less than 6 months old.
