We  started Chinese 3 month ago,as our 4th language, with Chinese LR. And I didn't hear Chinese before that:) Now my daughter say some words in Chinese ( which I can clearly identify, I suppose she speaks more, bu t my memory...) And she can easily show all parts of body which we studied with LR. She showed it unexpeectedly on Sunday morning in the bed at 6 o'clock, pointing at father's nose and name it as" be" When I realized what she said - I asked to show all what could remember at that time:)

Today she read pao-pao, and phin-tu (jiwsaw puzzle).

My experience is the same as MummyRoo's, I interact in the same way.

We started Chinese 3 month later as English LR, but she prefers Chinese and we are now on the same lessons , and I'm sure we will finish CHinese LR earlier (what then?)

As I don't speak Arabic at all, and only start learning how to read - I need help in translation. I would like to start with some regular moments in our life - for example we start with learning parts of the body , and I need these phrases (in arabic and how to read:)

Hi! if it not too late - we would like to join and test with my daughter! I played piano in musical school for 12 years, and I had all musical subjects, as it should i n normal music school. Now we try to learn music and play piano with my daughter, and her favorite note is fa ( she calls it baa) and she always shows it whenever she sees it:)

I'm also very interested how moms arrange their language-learning schedule..and what exactly do you use for teaching?

As for us for the present moment our daily schedule is the following:
Chinese before breakfast(apprx.1 hour) (LR, WTL, Sing to learn(4-5 songs), audiofairytale (8-20 min). chinese kids songs)
Spanish after breakfast (apprx. 40 min-1 hour)  (Baby Bit, Whisterfitz for beginners, songs)

after sleeping:
Chinese (30 min) (LR, WTL, Little Pim)
20-30 min break than
English (LR, cartoon Peppa Pig, Super Simple Songs - 2-3 songs I show with toys)

We had French, but stoped for a while...
I dream about ARabic - searching for the material..y
And I plan to add German and French sistematically later.That's why I'm interested who and how moms plan.
I also teach all languges alone, and I speak only English, can understand a bit German and French from school ( need practice), my husband speaks Spanish very good, but he is not motivated very good and was fed up after a week...


and I also have a question would it be enough for language to have two days a week?
I would like to have Chinese Arabic and English daily, and all the rest for 2 days a week (Spanish, French, German)

You are welcome:) These cartoons are not very educational ( in traditional meaning), but very carefully selected, very kind, and with deep meaning, many of them are from our childhood.

Hi, dear moms and fathers!

I need your advice and help:) Arabic is one of my dream languages, I admire Arabic songs and writing. I would like to teach my 13 month old daughter Arabic. I hope it is possible if I don't speak and read this language.
Our family language is Russian. We are currently studying English (from 8 months), Spanish (from 9 months), French (from 10 month), Chinese (from 12 months).

I would like to teach to read in Arabic, to listen good songs and audiobooks, to watch some positive cartoons.

I started to donwload some Arabic files from LR library - but they are without voice...Are there some other variants how you teach your babies ( I can't read Arabic)
What video do you use ( as Little Pim or something like this)?

I would highly appreciate some links on youtube positive cartoons, audiobooks for kids ( as I can't really choose by myself)
