Hi, how do I go about re-activating a de-activated account? I de-activated an account while in a hurry but when I try to key in the licence key again, it was alright for that session but if I re-start little reader, it shows "missing licence". In addition, I cannot find that particular laptop being shown as "active" in the account management page. Please help.
